With an extensive and outstanding career in the field of Chemical Engineering, José Luis Curiel Monteagudo, a specialist in Science and Technology for the creation of food, has dedicated his career to research and the advancement of gastronomy, contributing significantly to the processes of enology and the emergence of new products.  

In addition, he is a scholar of the field, and has served as a historian of gastronomy in various schools and prestigious institutions, as well as published articles and research on the latest advances in the creation of flavors.
